step one???

Yesterday was a delay on the house due to rain, but I drove by today and they had some stakes in the ground. I assume its to prepare for the forming of the concrete. I have no idea. I have never really paid attention to the building of a house. It just happens - ya know? I guess, since its my house I am much more interested in the process. I kind of have it in my head how the process is supposed to go, and apparently when I hear "construction starts" I guess I was expecting to see something more than 3 stakes in the ground.
Oh well, you know what they say about expectations!
So, here is a picture of our lot...Hopefully, a month from now the frame will at least be up!
