I have a few obsessions. I don't know why I was thinking about it this morning....oh yeah, because I am ready to drive by the house to take a picture and see if they are working on it (especially since it is supposed to rain all night and tomorrow), but I am waiting for Logan to wake up! I guess I should just get up and clean, while I can - but I dont feel like it! LOL So that brings me to my first obsession:
1. Our new house - I am obsessed with all of it, from the building of the house to the how are he going to decorate, making lists of what we need...blah blah blah. Seriously, about 50% of my thoughts are wrapped around this house.
2. Pinterest - This is a website where people can pin things that interest them. From decor, health, recipes, art, to hairstyles. This site has everything. I am addicted to it. Some days I think, I don't know what to do with the kids, so I will look on Pinterest and find about 30 different things to do with them. Whether its a new game, or an arts project. It's awesome
3. My Kindle App - This is more than an obsession. This is a daily part of life. With today's technology, have you ever thought...oh man, I dont think I could go a week without my phone, or tv...well I seriously can NOT go with out my Kindle App. I was going through my books from this year, and I have read 322 books so far for 2011. I still have to fit in 43 books in 40 days, but if not, I think I still did an awesome job. I don't think I will make it, because I am only 20% in to the book I started last night, but it is about 500 pages...so I will just have to see how much time I have to read today! The point is...I love my Kindle App.
4. Facebook - This isn't so much of an obsession as something I just do. I dont have to check it everyday hour, but I like to check it at least once a day. Plus, I am playing scrabble on Facebook now, so It's a necessity to check it at least once a day
5. DIY network and HGTV - I have always liked watching TV. Unfortunately I dont get to watch very much because my TV is stuck on Nick JR or Dora recordings. During the evenings I can usually get in at least one show, so JR and I will watch either HGTV or DIY. Both of us seem to enjoy DIY more.
I guess thats about it, I feel like there is more, but Logan just got up, so I am going over to the house! YAY!

ALL healthy obsessions! I have also been a Pinterest addict for a while. I even resisted joining just because I don't want SOMETHING ELSE TO DO. But, I did finally join. I mostly just like to look though.
I love my kindle! I used the app on my phone for several years now, but finally getting the actual kindle was AWESOME. You should put that on your xmas list (they are only like 79 now). The actual device is so much easier to read.
Alexa, I have thought about just getting an actual Kindle. I probably will, but it will be down the road.
Also, I was talking to JR about doing the stained concrete, and now, he is obsessing over whether to do the wood flooring or the stained concrete. He talks about it constantly. lol
LOL! Good luck on deciding! It'll be a fun process to pick everything out.
We have stained on the bottom floor and installed wood in a couple of the bedrooms upstairs. Actually, the kids bedrooms. You know how it goes....kids are messy, the wood floors make it easier to clean!
