Monday morning I woke up with a terrible toothache. I didn't think much of it...it hurt, but, I went on about my day. When I went to bed that night, I woke up all night because of the pain, so I got very little sleep. Yesterday the pain got worse and worse, so I decided that without a doubt I had to go to the dentist. The problem was we changed our dental plan at the beginning of the year and I had no idea what to do, so I called JR and told him to get the info for me. THEN - my damn tooth got worse and worse and apparently JR didn't think he needed to rush to get the information. So, I didn't have it until he got home from work, but at that point, I had just taked a pain pill and I was actually nauseated because the pain was so bad. So I am waiting until 9 this morning and then I am calling to make an appointment. I barely slept last night. I dont think I have been in this kind of pain since I had Landry!
Other than that, we have some friends coming in to town this weekend - but unless I get some sleep - and my tooth fixed, I probably wont be a happy camper. Oh I have some other stuff to say... but I can't concentrate...maybe tomorrow I will tell you about the golf tournament and how much Landry loves her papaw!

I think having an infection so bad that you need a root canal is the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. It was so bad that I would get tunnel vision and everything would turn red. I had to lie on the bed because I couldn't even hold myself up. I cried. That's a big deal for me. I don't cry over pain. Unless I get hit in the head/face. Then I can't help it. LOL!
One of the Russians here at work was too afraid to go to the dentist after she moved here because she had to have a root canal WITHOUT PAIN MEDICATION when she was a little girl. They had to hold her down. I can't even imagine the trauma that caused her. But it was necessary because tooth nerve infections can kill you if left unattended. Glad you're getting better now though!!!
