Weekend fun

This weekend we changed things up a little. Friday night we went to my dad's game, as I said in the previous post. It was truly amazing...there is nothing greater than Friday Night Football in the great state of Texas! I am happy to say that Landry's schedule was not impaired...she went right back to it! Whew!
Saturday was pretty normal, JR had to work all day, so it was just me and the kids. I did a little cleaning and caught up on some shows on the DVR. I also played a lot of onine poker! LOL
Sunday, JR actually had the day off! Woohoo! We spent the morning and early afternoon just relaxing. In fact we spent about an hour in bed with both kids just cuddling, reading the Lion King, and playing...it was so nice. ONe big happy family all in one bed! LOL It was a little crowded, but those are my favorite moments. Then, we decided to head off to Wimberley to meet up with my sister and her kids. There is this wonderful place in Wimberely called 7A ranch...it is amazing and I haven't been there since I was a child. There is a place called Pioneer Tow that is on the 7A property and I decided that is where I wanted to take Landry's one year pictures, but I wanted to take some test shots to see if I liked it...and to see what Landry would look like in her dress so I could make any alterations needed before the professional pics are taken! Before taking the pictures we spent a few hours at the river...Not the river, river...not where you float, but a place really meant for relaxing and swimming, also I place I haven't been to since I was a child! I have such fond memories of this place...it is right across from 7A. We had such a wonderful time!
Afterwards we headed to dinner at Inoz and that was pretty great too! Then we headed home, I stayed up too late, but all is well in the world! I am just loving life right now!
