Dr. Visits

Well, Miss Landry Bell went to the doctor yesterday! FINALLY! You will not believe the HELL I went through in order to get her an appointment. I finally got all the insurance settled, and got her the appointment - only a month late! My baby girl weighed 18 pounds 1 ounce and is 27 inches long! She has gained 11 pounds and 6.5 inches since birth! She is in the 25th percentile for her weight and the 65th percentile for her height! I am so impressed! She is completely healthy and I couln't be more proud of my baby girl!
She still shows no interest in letting go of whatever it is she is using to hold herself upright. She is perfectly content with cruising and crawling, however; yesterday and today she started to bear crawl...she was using her hands and feet instead of her hands and knees - then while she was on her hands and feet...she looked as if she was going to try to get her balance and try to stand - but....it didn't happen. Not to mention, I didn't think that was the best way to try standing on her first time. LOL My daughter is an angel! She is also sick...I was so scared they wouldn't see her yesterday due to the fact that we all have upper respiratory infections and she had a little bit of a fever...but luckily, they still went through with the visit! Whew! To top it all over Landry is getting 4 more teeth ALL AT THE SAME TIME! Yikes! I am soooo very lucky that neither of my kids have had adverse effects from teething!
Speaking of teeth, Logan went to the dentist on Wednesday...I am so proud of my little boy as well. The dentist said he was impressed with Logan's teeth and asked if he ever drank juice, or had candy. I told him the truth, which is that Logan eats a little more candy than I would like, but that we are dilligent in brushing...and as for juice, he drinks Capri Sun's but they are the flavored water kind, and he is limited on the amount he drinks. He still drinks plenty of milk and I really try to limit the sugar intake.
I can't believe my little babies are growing up so fast!
