whew!

So I never made it to the cardio section of the workout yesterday...I am EXTREMELY sore. My legs are killing me, mainly just my quads ( due to the squats and lunges). I am a little sore in my butt, torso, and arms....but mainly in my quads. I am going to do some yoga today, and hopefully (fingers crossed) do some cardio, and skip the strength training. Maybe I can alternate between cardio and strength - I dont know....all I know is that my legs hurt....everytime I go to sit down, I just want to fall over...it hurts so bad!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, I am just glad that I am doing it... I would really like to get a treadmill! I really enjoy running, but cant really go out and do it because of the kids and by the time JR gets home its dinner time and afterwards...well - I am tired! I am going to try to figure out a way to do it. JR and I are going to take the kids to a hiking trail this weekend...its right down the road from us so I think it will be fun. I have only been to a hiking trail a few times, but I have always enjoyed it!

I keep wanting to go on the hiking trails where Travis plays disk golf, but it's always too muddy for my liking. Someday. Glad you're working out! You're way ahead of me!! Although I finally started doing crunches. Baby steps, right?

Yeah...my 3 month mark was up on the 15th, so I am now officially allowed to do crunches. Although, I haven't actually done any yet. I really like doing Yoga, and some of the exercises seem to be strengthening my stomach. I will probably Hold off on the crunches or sit-ups for a few more weeks. My scar area is still sensitive, so I will just wait and see!
Good for you...baby steps is right! One day...we might actually get our old bodys back! LOL of course, if your like me - the second you get it back you will get pregnant again!!! hahaha
