Jello

So, today I got back in the swing of things....I added some strength training to my yoga...UMMM OWWWWWWWWWWWWW! My legs feel like jello! I was hoping to get in some Cardio as well, but I may have to do this for a good week to get my muscles used to it before I add cardio....it seriously hurts! Anyway, I am at a whopping 150 pounds, I was 147 when I got pregnant with Landry, and my goal weight is 145 - so I have 5 pounds to lose to get to that goal weight. I am really happy about the number - but now I would really like my figure to match the number - I would like to be a little leaner, and my stomach to be much FLATTER! Anywho, I am just happy to be losing weight!! YAY
