It's Official!

JR and I just got the phone call. We have been approved for a loan to buy a house! Woo hoo! I can't contain my excitement. There is also a possibility of being able to be in our new home earlier than we hoped if we can negotiate a buy out on our lease! HOLY SMOKES! We are meeting with a realtor on Sunday with some potential properties and will start the house hunt next week! I just can't believe it! YAY!
