I can NOT believe how long I worked on this house yesterday only to wake up this morning and think that other than the hurricane that has blown through here, I have SO MUCH more to do! YIKES! I went to Wal-Mart at midnight last night to get boxes...didn't get home until 1:30 and I am eshausted and eat up with mosquitos! Ughh.... I hate them. I am so tired! I seriously dont even know what to do with this house....I have thrown a LOT of stuff away, but there is still stuff everywhere! And now...my house is a mess and I still have a lot to do. As far as moving into the new house....
I am beyond annoyed with these people! First, we find the house...then we have to wait a week because the owner is on a cruise, then she gets back and looks over our paperwork (Monday) WE got our own credit reports, WE got a letter from our landlord and previous rental history, WE got a letter from JR's boss showing the amount of time he has worked at his company as well as his salary and paycheck stubs. After all this they say...okay, but there are no pets allowed....okay so JRs mom says she wants them because she doesn't want us to split them up, so we tell the owner, no problem! Then on Tuesday her realtor tells our realtor that we need to provide them with a criminal history....ummmm....isn't that their job, I mean we have already done everything else for them. So JR calls and every company he calls sayd that they cant give him his own criminal history, that there had to be a third person! Ughhh....so The owner has said that we are unofficially approved pending his criminal report. Ummm...Lady....we have to move THIS weekend, we have to transfer utilities, we have to set up the water which we cant do on a Saturday, so that will have to be done by Friday. I am sooooooo pissed at these people....Anyone who knows me knows that I dont handle stressful situations very well...and yet I have been extremely patient. Yes I have gotten irritated but I have done well not to take it out on JR...until today. I quickly corrected myself, however, and just laid it out for him. I told him he has to be a little more aggressive, and I told him to please explain to these people that the lease needs to be signed this afternoon because we will still have to go up there to pay a water deposit so that the water can be turned on, I have to transfer my electric, tranfer cable and the mail...I mean this stuff isn't done over night and I need to get it taken care of ASAP! Anyway...I am at my end, I feel like one more wrong turn and I am going to explode!
On a better note...I go to the doctor in 4 hours....I will let you know when Miss Landry will be born!
