So yesterday, I had some last minute Christmas shopping to do...which I still do! I also still haven't gotten Logan's picture with Santa, so I loaded up the kid and diaper bag and we headed to Bay Area....mistake #1. It took FOREVER to get up there, then we got there and it took FOREVER to find a parking spot. We shopped around for a while in what I call mall "HELL" It was a disaster, there were people everywhere...I really dont like Christmas...for many reasons. I stood in line for an hour waiting for Santa...then he went on break and wouldn't be back for another hour, so I said screw it, I wasn't going to wait any longer. We left there and I went to pick up Logans gift that we ordered last week....I was so excited, we got him a jeep power wheels... when we got home Logan was asleep, so JR started putting the jeep together hoping we could get it all done before he saw it....and it would have worked if Logan would have slept just 5 more minutes!!! So he saw the truck, and of course played on it, and had so much fun...until we took it away and put it in the garage until christmas morning! He screamed for quite some time, but finally got over it. It is kinda funny to hide it after he has already seen it, but I figure its still 2 days away, maybe he will forget and be surprised all over again. Yay for cool presents! I always wanted one of those when I was little. Never got one. We're gonna need to get on that for our kid. =)
